Flogo Home Needs Assembly Policy
- Scope of Service: Our assembly service covers only the assembly and placement of purchased furniture. It does not include moving or disassembling existing furniture, hanging mirrors, wall art, clocks, or other decor.
- Availability: Assembly is offered only on the day of delivery. If you decline assembly at delivery, you must initial the invoice. We do not provide assembly services at a later date if declined initially.
- Optional Assembly: If you select assembly during checkout, we will provide a cost estimate based on your location and order. You may then decide whether to proceed. Assembly is optional, and all fees directly cover our team members’ services; Flogo Home Needs does not profit from these charges.

- Additional Charges: Extra fees apply for deliveries to the 2nd floor or higher, varying by order size (e.g., a sofa bed incurs a lower fee than a king-size bed with dresser, nightstands, and chest).
