All furniture is delivered in brand-new manufacturer packaging.
Delivery Charges
Flogo Home Needs charges a curbside delivery fee based on the zip code and item type. Curbside delivery includes unloading at the curb, driveway, gate, parking lot, or accessible parking garage of an apartment complex or similar building. Below is the delivery charge chart:

Payment and Inspection
Items will be unloaded only after full payment is received. Flogo Home Needs does not open boxes to inspect items upon delivery.
Delivery Delays and Rescheduling

Delays by Flogo Home Needs: If delivery is delayed, customers will be informed. No discounts will be provided for delays.

Customer Unavailability or Payment Delays: If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time or payment is delayed, a $20 fee will be charged for up to 30 minutes of waiting. Beyond 30 minutes, delivery will be rescheduled, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Delivery Timeline
Flogo Home Needs offers next-day delivery in most cases. In some instances, delivery may take up to 3 business days. The average delivery time is 48 hours.
