No Refunds – Once a purchase is made, it is final. You cannot return the item for a refund, so be sure of your choice before buying.

Display Items Are Sold As-Is – If you purchase a showroom/display item, you accept it in its current condition. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be given for these items.

Exchanges for Defects or Damage Only – If you receive a product with damaged or defective parts, you can request an exchange within three (3) business days. However, this applies only before the product is assembled. If you put the item together and then notice damage, it may not qualify for an exchange.

Packaging Must Be Kept for Claims – If you need to file a damage claim, you must keep all original packaging until the claim is processed. Suppliers require clear photos of the packaging (even if it appears undamaged) to approve the claim. Without these photos, the claim may be denied
Warranty Policy
- Exchange Only: We do not provide a standard warranty, but defective or damaged parts can be exchanged.
- Optional Warranty: If you require a warranty, it can be purchased separately.
- Warranty Duration: Up to 24 months of coverage is available for an additional fee.
