Flogo Home Needs Terms and Conditions
Sales Terms
- Order Availability and Payment: All orders are subject to manufacturer availability. Orders are pre-authorized, and your card will not be charged until product availability is confirmed. Flogo Home Needs does not issue rain checks. Full payment is required before delivery, including any COD balances for assembly or walk-ups, which must be paid before unloading.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
- Website Accuracy: We strive to ensure website information is accurate, but errors may occur. We will correct errors promptly. Product measurements are guides; slight variations are normal for handmade items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Space Measurement Responsibility: Customers must measure their space before ordering. Flogo Home Needs is not responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, stairways, or elevators. If an item does not fit, a refund may be requested, minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
- Delivery Requirements: An authorized person (18 or older) must be present for delivery. If no one is present at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee may apply. Drivers do not handle tasks beyond delivery, such as moving furniture or hanging decor. If delivery conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule and charge a re-delivery fee.
- Delivery Risks: Delivery and assembly are complimentary services with inherent risks. While we take care to avoid damage, Flogo Home Needs is not liable for accidental property damage or dirt/damage to floors, furniture, or rugs. Customers may opt for curbside delivery to manage further handling themselves.
- Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying payment receipts and order confirmations. Inaccuracies in delivery addresses or contact information causing delays may incur a re-delivery fee.
- Special Orders: Special orders require full upfront payment via wire transfer, with no exceptions.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Packaging: All packaging and shipping materials become the buyer’s property upon delivery. We do not remove these items.
- Transit Delays: Flogo Home Needs is not responsible for manufacturer transit delays. We will contact you to reschedule if delays affect the agreed delivery time.
- Promotions: Specials, coupons, or promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Post-Delivery Documentation: We reserve the right to document assembled products in your home via photos taken by our delivery team. By accepting delivery, you agree to allow Flogo Home Needs to use these images on our social media, with efforts to protect your privacy.
- Special Needs Delivery: Notify us of unusual delivery conditions (e.g., walk-ups, basements) before ordering, including descriptions or photos. We reserve the right to return merchandise to our warehouse, refunding your payment minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs, if unexpected conditions arise. Additional fees may apply for special delivery services.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Packaging: All furniture is delivered in new manufacturer packaging.
- Curbside Delivery Fees: Fees vary by zip code and item type. Curbside delivery includes the curb, driveway, gate, parking lot, or accessible parking garage of an apartment complex. Below are the delivery charges:

- Additional Services: Extra charges apply for walk-ups, upstairs delivery, elevator use, or in-house delivery and assembly. Contact us or note these at checkout.
- Payment and Inspection: Items are unloaded after full payment. We do not open boxes to inspect items during delivery.
- Delivery Delays: Customers will be informed of delays, but no discounts are offered. If the customer is unavailable or payment is delayed, a $20 fee applies for up to 30 minutes of waiting; beyond that, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
- Delivery Timeline: Average delivery time is up to 3 weeks.
Assembly Policy
- Scope: Assembly includes only the purchased furniture’s assembly and placement, not moving or disassembling existing furniture or hanging decor.
- Availability: Assembly is offered only on the delivery day. Declining assembly requires initialing the invoice, and we will not return for later assembly.
- Assembly Costs: Optional assembly costs are approximate and vary by item:

- Additional Charges: Extra fees apply for 2nd+ floor deliveries, depending on order size. You can request assembly at checkout, and we will provide a cost estimate for approval. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, subject to payment processor fees (see below).
- Our Right to Cancel: Flogo Home Needs reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund issued.
- Payment Processor Fees: Since November 1, 2019, payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Square) no longer refund processing fees. Refunds for processed orders will deduct approximately 3% (typically $0.25 + 3%) for transaction fees, which may vary by processor.
Colors Policy
- Color Variations: We cannot guarantee that item colors in photos will exactly match the delivered product due to monitor calibration, manufacturer photography (lighting, room conditions), or varying color naming conventions. Contact support@flogohomeneeds.com for clarification. Returns/exchanges due to color issues are not accepted unless the wrong item was delivered.
Return, Exchange, Refund Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 business days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Return Costs: Shipping costs are deducted from refunds, including free shipping cases, to cover return shipping to our warehouse. Additional return delivery fees vary by item and distance.
- Packaging Requirements: Returns must include all original packaging and materials. We do not disassemble or repackage. Returns without original packaging or assembled items are not accepted.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee (or up to 30% based on manufacturer policy) applies to returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Damaged, scratched, special order, limited-time offer, mattresses, rugs, or assembled items are not returnable.
- Returns Procedure:
- Email support@flogohomeneeds.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product in original condition/boxes.
- Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number to include with each returned item/box. Returns without an RMA are not accepted.
- For local customers, we may arrange pickup, with refunds processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) of warehouse receipt. For shipping returns, customers are responsible for fees, and we will assist with scheduling.
- Return Requirements:
- Return within 3 business days.
- Items must be new, unused, and unassembled.
- Include the RMA number with each item/box.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed the next business day after return inspection, minus applicable fees (shipping, restocking, ~3% credit card fee). These fees reflect actual costs, and we do not profit from them.
Fraud Transactions & Identity Protection
- Verification Process: To prevent fraud, we may request additional information (via email or fax) before processing orders, including:
- ID showing face and name.
- Payment card (first numbers may be obscured).
- A signed statement authorizing Flogo Home Needs to charge the card for the purchase amount.
- Alternatively, we may charge a slightly different amount (e.g., $598.23 instead of $599.00), and you must verify this with your financial institution.
- When Requested: Verification may be required if a card is declined, billing and shipping addresses differ, or the transaction is under extended review.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: Refusal to provide requested information may result in order cancellation or delays. Flogo Home Needs is not liable for delays due to security checks.
- Data Security: Additional information is stored securely, not shared or sold, and destroyed 6 months after delivery completion.
Warranty & Damages Information
- Damaged Items at Delivery: If items are damaged upon delivery, we will exchange them at no cost, provided you refuse delivery at the time. Signed shipping invoices indicate acceptance “as is,” and post-delivery damage claims are not honored.
- Manufacturing Imperfections: Minor imperfections (e.g., loose stitching, uneven fill) are normal for handmade furniture, especially natural leather, and are not considered defects unless they affect performance. For significant defects, email support@flogohomeneeds.com within 3 business days with your order number, photos, and a description. Manufacturer-approved defective items will be exchanged at our expense, though claims may take up to 90 days.
- Warranty Exclusions: Exchanges are void for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage during non-Flogo transport.
- Damage from self-assembly or maintenance.
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or improper use.
- Improper maintenance.
- Non-residential use (e.g., commercial, institutional).
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Electronic Components: We are not responsible for repairing or servicing electronic components (e.g., LED lights, switches). If non-functional upon delivery, we will assist in obtaining factory replacements, shipped directly to you, but we do not install them.
- Support: We do not keep replacement parts or service furniture but will assist at our discretion. Contact support@flogohomeneeds.com, and we will work to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
Terms and Conditions Modifications
Flogo Home Needs reserves the right to modify, add, or remove terms without notice or liability. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. The latest version is available at www.flogohomeneeds.com. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
